  4. I moved around a lot in my life as well. When I finally settled down , I stayed put for my children.

  6. I can identify with moving around a lot. For some reason we moved around in this small town of 36K. I went to at least 6 different schools. I've tried to stay put in one place for my son. I remember hating all the moves as a child but as an adult I welcome the thought. I think I'm a nomad at heart. LOL. Thank you for the inspiration. This is a beautiful painting.

  10. We moved a lot and I loved moving! Sad to leave friends but I still to this day have some of those great friends! Love your little house painting! So cute!

  12. Your mixed media painting is fabulous and if hung in my home would remind me of the folks who have lived here over the past almost 50 years! Yes, I too have settled in after many years of moving about and I love the feeling of just being here!

  27. Love your work ! I lived in my childhood home for 18 years and then moved to 4 other places in the next 4 years. I've been living in my current house with my own family for 16 years, but it still doesn't feel like its my home. Strange.
